Yes, we provide samples for most products. Sample charges may apply depending on the product type and customisation involved. Shipping charges for samples are to be borne by the buyer. Contact us to arrange a sample.

Yes. Many of our clients place monthly or weekly repeat orders. We maintain your box specifications on file so reordering is as simple as a phone call or WhatsApp message. We also offer priority dispatch for regular clients.

Yes, pricing is volume-based — the larger the order, the lower the per-unit cost. We can handle orders from 100 pieces to 1,00,000+ pieces. Contact us with your quantity for a customised quote.

Modifications or cancellations can be made before production begins. Once production has started (especially for custom printed orders), cancellation may not be possible or may attract partial charges. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

We manufacture boxes in three wall types:

• Single Wall (3-ply): Lightweight, suitable for e-commerce and retail
• Double Wall (5-ply): Medium-heavy industrial and export use
• Triple Wall (7-ply): Heavy-duty machinery, automotive parts, and export

The right wall type depends on your product weight and transit requirements.

Standard BOPP tape is available in widths of 24mm, 48mm, and 72mm, and lengths of 40m, 65m, and 100m. Custom widths and lengths can be produced for large orders. Both clear and brown variants are available.

We supply LLDPE stretch film / cling wrap in widths of 400mm and 500mm, thickness of 17–25 micron, and roll weights of 1kg, 2kg, and 3kg. Suitable for manual and semi-automatic pallet wrapping. MOQ is 1 carton.

Cardboard edge protectors are available in standard sizes of 35×35mm, 50×50mm, and 75×75mm, with wall thickness from 2mm to 5mm. Custom lengths up to 3000mm are available. MOQ is 500 pieces.

Our barcode labels are compatible with all major thermal printer brands including Zebra, TSC, Honeywell, Argox, and Citizen. Available in 1-inch and 3-inch core options. Direct thermal and thermal transfer variants both available.

EPE foam sheets are available in thickness of 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, and 10mm, with density of 15–30 kg/m³. Available in standard sheet size or custom cut to your dimensions. Also available in roll form for continuous wrapping applications.

Yes, we deliver pan-India through our logistics partners. Our Bhiwadi facility gives us excellent connectivity to Delhi-NCR, Gurugram, Noida, Jaipur, and other major industrial cities. For remote locations, transit times may vary — please check with us when ordering.

Yes, self-pickup is available from our plant at F-247, RIICO Industrial Area, Kaharani, Bhiwadi, Alwar, Rajasthan – 301019. Please inform us in advance so we can have your order ready. Working hours are 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Sunday.

Freight charges are typically charged separately based on order weight, volume, and delivery destination. For large orders, we can arrange competitive freight rates through our logistics partners. For local Bhiwadi deliveries, please discuss with our team.

All our packaging is quality-tested before dispatch. In the unlikely event of transit damage, please photograph the damage at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you and the logistics partner to resolve the issue promptly.

Yes, we are a registered business and provide proper GST invoices for all orders. Please share your GSTIN at the time of ordering so it can be included on the invoice.

For new clients, we typically require advance payment or 50% advance with balance before dispatch. For established clients with a good track record, credit terms can be discussed. We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and UPI payments.

Corrugated packaging prices are linked to kraft paper and board prices, which can fluctuate based on raw material costs. We try to maintain price stability for regular clients. Confirmed orders are locked at the quoted price regardless of subsequent raw material changes.

We are manufacturer-direct, which means our prices are already among the most competitive in the market — no trader or middleman markup. If you have a genuine lower quote for equivalent specifications, share it with us and we'll do our best to match or beat it.

Yes. We manufacture boxes to your exact inner or outer dimensions. Simply share your L × W × H measurements and we'll produce accordingly. There are no standard-size restrictions — custom dimensions are our core business.

Yes, we offer:

• Printed boxes: 1–4 colour flexo printing on mailer boxes, coloured boxes, and shipping boxes
• Branded tape: 1–3 colour logo / text printing on BOPP tape
• Custom labels: Full colour digital or flexo printing on any label material

Please share artwork in one of these formats:

• AI (Adobe Illustrator) — preferred
• PDF — print-ready with bleed
• High-resolution PNG/JPG — minimum 300 DPI

If you don't have print-ready artwork, our design team can help create a basic layout for an additional charge.

We do our best to match brand colours using flexo printing inks. For best results, provide your Pantone colour codes. Please note that slight colour variation (±5–10%) may occur due to the nature of corrugated substrate printing. A press proof can be arranged for large orders.

Every batch goes through our in-house quality process:

• GSM testing — paper weight verified against specifications
• Bursting strength test — resistance to puncture and pressure
• ECT (Edge Crush Test) — stacking strength of the box
• Dimension check — inner/outer measurements verified
• Print quality check — colour registration and adhesion (for printed orders)

We use kraft liner and medium paper ranging from 120 GSM to 200 GSM depending on the box specification. Standard plain shipping boxes typically use 150–175 GSM kraft. Heavy duty boxes use 175–200 GSM. We can produce to your specific GSM requirement on request.

We maintain strict internal quality standards across all product lines. For specific certification requirements (ISO, export compliance, etc.), please discuss with our team at the time of ordering and we will advise on what documentation can be provided.
